Fraser Dunlop started his own haulage business in 1968 running a fleet of tipper lorries under the name of T. Dunlop % Son.

Now with its 3rd generation of the family working here and rebranded as Fraser Dunlop Ltd, the fleet consists solely of trucks fitted with Lorry Mounted Loaders (Hiabs). These range in size from a 32 ton metre fitted on a 26 tonne rigid lorry right up to 1355 ton metre mounted on a heavy haulage 4 axle tractor unit plated under Special Types.

We can lift and transport anything that is too heavy (up to 15 tonnes) or too bulky (up to 80ft long) to manhandle, or we can reach up and place your items onto out of reach places with a 28 metre fly jib. As well as moving containers, cabins, machinery and its accessories ie buckets, engines, tug boats, roof trusses, air conditioning rooftop units and many more items.

Abnormal Loads

We can offer the added flexibility to lift, route, notify, transport and escort your abnormally wide or long loads throughout the whole of the UK.
